Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District is EcoBiz Certified for both the automotive & landscaping programs.
THPRD serves an area of 50 square miles and a population of 230,000. The district owns or maintains 2,240 acres that include, 90 parks, eight swim centers, six recreation centers, 109 baseball/softball fields, 200 soccer fields, 66 basketball/multi-purpose courts, and 108 tennis courts. The THPRD fleet is comprised of approximately 100 light and medium duty trucks and vans, 50 mowers ranging in size from 21 inches to 16 feet, 50 athletic field and turf equipment and 300 outdoor power equipment units.
